By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Printscozy offers made-to-order products, including personalized and custom products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, materials, lighting, and the production process.

2. Personalized & Custom Products

For personalized or custom products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, text, dates, images, or other customization details.

Please carefully review your information before placing an order.

Printscozy is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and order information.

We reserve the right to review or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All product prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Production & Shipping

All products are made to order.

Estimated production time is 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of up to 15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, the customer will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order when the product has an issue caused by Printscozy.

For approved issues, our preferred solution is generally to provide a replacement. A refund may be available if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content provided by Printscozy, including designs, graphics, images, text, logos, and website content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior authorization.

9. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit images, artwork, text, or other content for a personalized or custom product, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You must not submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:
