Cancellation And Change Policy

  3. Eligible Order Changes
    Changes may include personalization details, size, color, or shipping address, provided that the order has not yet entered production.
  4. After Production Has Started
    Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests can be accommodated.
  5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
    If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  6. Refund Processing Time
    Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  7. Cancellation or Change Fees
    We do not charge any cancellation or modification fees when the request is submitted within the allowed timeframe and successfully approved.
